Please install the necessary drivers and tools before installing/flashing stock firmware using the Freya Flash Tool.
Prerequisites
- Charge your device to at least 40-50%.
- A working Windows PC/Laptop and a USB Cable.
- Take a complete Backup of your Device.
- Download and install Samsung USB Driver
- Download and extract Freya Flash Tool.
- Download and extract Stock Firmware of the device.

Steps to install stock Firmware using Freya Flash Tool
- Launch the Freya Flash Tool by double-clicking on the Freya.exe file (found inside the Freya Flash Tool folder).
- Once the Freya Flash Tool is launched, Click on the BL Browse button and locate the BL file (found inside the firmware folder).
- Click on the AP Browse button and locate the AP file.
- Click on the CP Browse button and locate the CP file.
- Click on the CSC Browse button and locate the CSC file.
- Power off your Samsung device, boot it into the download mode and connect it to the computer.
- Click on the Flash button.
- Once the Flash Tool detects the device, the flashing process will start automatically.
- Once the flashing process is completed, your device will reboot to Normal mode.

➡️ Devices with a Home Button:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold Power button, Home button, Volume Down button.
3. When the device boots to a warning screen, release the buttons.
4. Press the Volume Up button to confirm and enter Download Mode.
➡️ Devices With a Bixby Button:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Bixby button, Volume Down and connect it to the computer via USB cable.
3. Release the buttons When the device boots to a warning screen.
4. Press the Volume Up button to confirm and enter Download Mode.
➡️ Devices Without Home and Bixby Button:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold Volume Up button, Volume Down button and connect it to the computer via USB cable.
3. When the device boots to a warning screen, release the buttons.
4. Press the Volume Up button to confirm and enter Download Mode.



Congratulations! Now, Close the Freya Flash Tool, disconnect the device from the computer.
Notes
- Initial Process: After flashing, your device will complete the initial boot, which can take 2-5 minutes. Once done, you’ll need to provide your Wi-Fi and other details, just as with a new device.
- Caution: Take a backup of your data before using the Freya Flash Tool because, during the flashing/installation process, your data will be removed permanently.
