These are the instructions to root Celkon A119Q Signature HD smartphone (running on android 4.2.1) usingĀ motochopper tool on Windows Computer.
Requirements: Your Celkon A119Q Signature HD Smartphone should have at least 40 percent or above battery to perform the rooting process.
Step 1: Download and extract Celkon A119Q Signature HD USB Driver on your Windows Computer.
Step 2: Enable USB Debugging mode on your Celkon A119Q Signature HD smartphone. To Enable USB Debugging: Settings > Development > USB Debugging (Tick to enable it).
(Developers Option is hidden for Android 4.2.2 or above, to show this option Go to Settings > About Phone > Built Number (Tap on it for 5-8 times).
Step 3: Now connect your smartphone to the computer and install the USB drivers (locate to the extracted drivers in Step#1).
Step 4: Download and Extract motochopper tool on your Windows Computer. After Extracting you will be able to see the following files:
Step 5: Now, Open run.bat (you have extracted this file in step#4).
Step 6: Once Run.bat file is launched you will be able to see the following screen. Now, to begin the rooting process Press any Key from the keyboard.
Step 7: Once rooting process is completed you will be able to see the following screen with success message. Now, again Press any Key from the keyboard. This will exit the run.bat file and your Celkon A119Q Signature HD smartphone will restart automatically.
Step 8: Now your Celkon A119Q Signature HD is successfully rooted. To verify this, Open Applications Menu On your Smartphone and search for SuperSU app installed.
Optional: You can also verify the root status of your device by using the Root Checker Application.

[*] No data loss process: Your Phone Data like contacts, pictures, videos, music and etc will be not affected with this method.

[*] How to Unroot? To unroot, Open SuperSU > Settings > Full Unroot.
