These are instructions on how to root Gionee Elife E5 smartphone (running on android 4.2) using Motochopper Tool on Windows Computer.
Caution: Rooting the device using any rootkit may brick the device. Therefore, we recommend you take a backup of your data before following the method below.
(Developer Options are hidden for Android 4.2.2 and above. Go to Settings > About Phone > Built Number > Tap on it 5-8 times to display this option).
Optional: You can also verify the root status of your device by using the Root Checker App.

[*] How to Unroot? To unroot, Open SuperSU > Settings > Full Unroot.
