Features of Intel Phone Flash Tool

Installer Application

It comes as an Installer Application, which means you need to install the computer application to use it. First, download and extract the tool on the computer > Run the Setup and follow the screen instructions to install the tool.

Log Level

If you face any error while flashing the stock firmware, you can use the Multi-Level Log Feature built-in in the Phone Flash Tool. In addition, you can read Fatal Log, Error Log, Warning Log, Info Log, Debug Logs, and Trace Logs.

Inbuilt DFU Tool

Using this small tool, you can install the Broadcom Firmware on devices running on Broadcom Chipset. With this feature, you don’t need to have the DFU tool to flash the Broadcom firmware on Broadcom devices.

Inbuilt Drivers

The latest version of the Intel Flash Tool comes with inbuilt Intel USB Drivers, which means you don’t have to install the drivers separately. But you may need to install the drivers separately for the older version of Phone Flash Tool (download Intel USB Drivers from here).
